Our #1 goal is to restore healthy air quality, therefore it’s important to control the air flow during the remediation process. We control the flow of air strategically through the use of negative pressure, containment and HEPA filtration equipment.

We take a strategic and surgical approach to demolition.  We remove drywall, carpet, insulation, flooring, baseboards and any other materials only as necessary.  Excessive demolition increases rebuilding expenses and we are very conscious of that effect.

This detailed process requires special brushes, grinders and sanders and is used on surfaces where water damage and microbial growth have occured.

Our intensive deep cleaning includes removing all debris, wiping down all surfaces with a fungicide and detailed HEPA vacuuming.

This step is a 2-part process that includes spraying a non-toxic, hydrogen peroxide-based cleaner and an antimicrobial that provides an active barrier against future mold growth.

We finish projects by allowing commercial grade air scrubbers to run for 24-48 hours. The air scrubbers are equipped with HEPA filters and this helps capture any airborne mold spores that possibly remain.
